Each sheet measures 200mm x 600mm and is available in 3mm, 10mm, or 6mm thicknesses.

Our 10mm thick sheets can be used without the need to back them onto a card or wooden base.

Our 6mm sheets have a degree of flexibility that allows them to be bent into and or backed onto curved surfaces.

Our 3mm sheets are super flexible, allowing them to be bent into and/or wrapped around tight curved surfaces. Please note however, that our 3mm sheets may have a margin of +/- 0.5mm.

The XPS foam is dense enough not to be easily damaged, but can also be weathered/enhanced beyond its initial finish using sandpaper and scribing tools.

XPS foam sheets are very easy to cut with a sharp hobby knife that will leave a clean edge.

Avoid using solvent-based adhesives and or paints as they can eat into the foam.

For glueing, we recommend PVA, or, an all-purpose liquid synthetic adhesives like UHU.

For painting, a water-based acrylic or poster paint works best.
